September is wellbeing month at Campus, sponsored by Elevate – providing expert solutions to Elevate your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
This week’s mindfulness meditation will be run by Lucy Faulks, Director of Elevate and Founder of Technotox – a wellness centre for the mind. The theme is managing reactions and we will be looking closely at our automatic reactions when things don’t go to plan or are out of our control. Cultvating mindfulness can create a space between adversity and our autopilot reaction, allowing room for a considered, conscious response.
The session will include a 10 minute introduction, followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation. Please bring a cushion if you wish. We will start promptly at midday.
